Direct Digital Print
Direct digital printing is a printing method where the printing image is directly transferred from a printer onto a fabric, making this process highly flexible, environmentally friendly and offering high quality printing. Maximum printable width is 1.80 meters and there is no limit on our digital printers regarding the repeat size. Our hybrid Reggiani branded printers can handle various kinds of fabrics including circular knits, woven and warp knits with many kinds of compositions.
Rotary Screen Print
Rotary screen printing is a continuous printing process. A perforated cylinder or spherical screen are used which are automatically fed with paste from inside by special pump. Each screen is independently driven. printing a maximum of twelve colors each. Available repeat sizes are 64 / 82 and 91 centimeters at 1.80 meters width. We are partnered up with many print mills who are specialised in different fabric construction and composition.
In sublimation printing the inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print. We use FFC certificated papers and use absolutely no water when printing.
